We gave you the lowdown on electrolytes, but do you really know the science behind it?

In this video featuring superhero trainer Don Saladino and our co-founder Robin Shobin, we show you how HALO not only powers your body throughout the day, but actually creates enough electricity to power a lightbulb.

HALO is packed with powerful electrolytes including sea salt, magnesium and potassium, but what differentiates HALO from other electrolyte drinks? While traditional hydration drinks contain electrolytes, they also come with a lot of added sugar, artificial colors, and calories. For example, while coconut water is chock full of electrolytes, it actually contains the same amount of sugar as most sports drinks. It might power a lightbulb and your body, but it also comes with 15+ grams of sugar.

HALO, on the other hand (and as you can see in the video!), effectively hydrates without weighing you down with added sugar, artificial colors and empty calories. Pretty cool, eh?
